Delivery & Returns/Exchanges
We want you to enjoy shopping with us, so for whatever the reason you can exchange the item/s within 14 days of purchase.
The item/s must be in an unused, original condition, all tags attached and in its original packaging where possible. If the item was on sale or discounted when you purchased it, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as Food, Teas, Skincare and Personal products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you are shipping an item for a Refund/Exchange you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, then we will cover these costs.
Please send a pre-paid and return addressed satchel along side your item/s which are being exchanged, to ensure we can quickly send them back to you. If not, you will be invoiced for the shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping is $9.90 Flat Rate and all Orders over $99 are FREE standard shipping. We will try our best to have your items shipped within 3 Business Days - Except for in Peak Periods where this may take longer than expected. We offer Standard Shipping to New Zealand for a $15 Flat Rate and FREE standard shipping on orders over $150. If you live locally, we offer pickup - Just Enter the code 'LOCALPICKUP' at checkout.
We will send you Shipping information through the email you have provided to us, we do not take any responsibility for delays within the Postage System.
